Hand painted farm market slate board feature chalk art created by one of our artists on a natural stone and wood garden stake. Customers can use the slate boards to mark their produce and farm stands. They are perfect for farmer’s markets, farm stands, and even rustic decor at home. Because of their unique designs, customers can use them virtually anywhere!
Use and Care
Cohas slate boards are easy to use. Simply prop and display at your farm stand, home, market, or store. The slate board can be used in an easel or stand, or be drilled and hung from walls or display stands.
Slate is hand-split stone, cut from roofing tiles that were mined in a quarry in New England. It features a natural organic look that is dark gray in color.
The artwork is painted with an acrylic waterproof paint and then sprayed with a clear matte overcoat to ensure weatherproofing.
No two are alike! Our artists hand paint the vegetables and fruits to order, so each is customized and uniquely different from the last. If you do not see a design here and would like to request one, please contact us.
