Unframed chalkboard sets feature boards with a textured surface to provide an antique chalkboard setting for their artwork. Customers can use the boards framed and hung, or unframed and propped. Use and Care
Cohas chalkboards are easy to clean and reuse. Simply wipe away the lettering, and write again! Orders include a selection of Zig Illumigraph or Zig Posterman Wet-Wipe markers. The Zig braod chisel markers feature a 6mm tip, perfect for making thin and thick lines. Once dry, the marker will not smudge or streak, but removes easily with a damp cloth. When ordering, customers can select from a white markers, a pack of five fluorescent colors, a pack of five pastel colors, or a refill kit with no markers.
Chalkboards are a 1/4 inch thick composite board with a chalkboard surface. They are not weatherproof and can damage if exposed to the elements. Because of this, customers should not use the boards outside or in wet locations. Boards are made with 100% recycled and sustainable forest materials.

I put the chalkboard in an inexpensive black frame from Target, and hung it by kitchen phone. It looks great, much better than the white boards sold as message centers.
