Description
Schoolhouse theme first and last day of school milestone boards feature a chalkboard-style surface and real chalk artwork. They are perfect for capturing memories and watching your children grow year after year. The boards feature faint guidelines, to ensure writing is neat and straight; a matte finish, to reduce glare from cameras and lighting; and round, smooth corners, to prevent scratching or scraping little fingers.
Our artists have hand painted the characters, lines, text, and other elements using liquid chalk markers on a chalkboard. Art is then digitized and embedded for a long-lasting board. The board is made from sustainable and recycled wood material. It will not bend or fold while propped for photo shoots. Edges are cleanly cut and sanded for a finished look.
Use and Care
Cohas schoolhouse theme first and last day of school milestone boards are easy to clean and reuse when used with the included or recommended markers. Simply use water and a sponge or paper towels to wipe away lettering and designs. Boards that include a marker kit come with Cohas Wet-Wipe Markers. The marker features a reversible 2mm and 6mm tip, perfect for making thick and thin lines. The markers will remove easily with water.
Do not use regular chalk, Expo and dry erase markers, and metallic chalk markers with these boards. Chalk will not work on the board and these markers will cause staining and damage the board. Use only the markers that come with your board, Cohas provided markers, or wet-wipe markers. Certain brands and colors may cause staining. Test other brand markers before use on the board.
Gentle cleaners, Windex, and other kitchen cleaners can be used on the board. Do not use abrasive cleaners like magic erasers or rough sponges. This will cause damage to the board.
