All Cohas products may be made available to those interested in becoming resale partners. Accounts and inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis and discounts are determined accordingly. We will evaluate each wholesale inquiry and may ask additional questions regarding product type, quantity, and resell venue.

Since each request is answered personally by one of our team members, we ask for you patience while we work to find a resale solution that satisfies both of the involved parties.

Terms and Conditions

Prior to working with wholesale partners, we ask each one to agree to a set of terms and conditions. These standard conditions protect both parties involved and ensure we can continue to provide quality products and customer service. The terms and conditions will be sent via email to each new wholesaler for final agreement. They are as follows:

By becoming a wholesale partner, you agree never to sell our direct products on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Etsy.com, or any other like or similar retail website. You also agree to sell the products at a price no lower than the minimum advertised price (MAP) of 20% below list price. You also agree never to share your wholesale discount with anyone for their own personal or commercial use. We monitor the use of discount codes on this website, as well as the products on other internet-based retail sites closely.

As a service to our wholesale partners, we offer the use of our copyrighted images found on our websites. Wholesale partners may use our images for their own website(s) as long as they are in compliance with these terms. If we find our images on external retail websites under listings that do not belong to our company, we may issue a cease and desist letter to the violating party.

Please keep in mind that large orders may take an additional seven (7) days to process.

We reserve the right to cancel your wholesale account at any time.
